Ride and Style Camp by Schneesportschule Nassfeld

Are you a good skier or a good snowboarder? Do you want to learn how to ride better? So let's join our ski and snowboard camp! Snow and weather forecasts.

New Winter 2015/16: Ski and Snowboard course with something more! More fun, more adventure, more safety. It is perfect for advanced riders, from the freestyle basics over the safety freeride rules until your own Ride & Style movie. Conditions:

Level: you are able to ride red and black slopes on your own (we will check your skills before the lesson)
Equipment: helmet, back projector, appropriate

Ski or Snowboard (available at NTC)
Age: 10+
Partecipants: 3- 8 person

Program:

Technique, basics of freestyle, freeride and carving. Freestyle basics: easy tricks and spins on the slopes (180, 360). Approach to the snowpark (rules, features, box). Freeride: basics and safety off piste rules, avalanche theory, how to use ARTVA, shovel and probe. Freestyle advanced: tricks on the kicker and on the box. Photo & camera basics: how to use the GoPro and your Smartphone. Dates:

Ride and Style Camp is available only during the high season and the starting day is always and only on monday. Ride & Style weeks 2015/16:

Easter: depending on snow conditions. We offer special group lessons for schools and groups, as well out of the high season. It is possible to book a privat instructor for individual freeride and freestyle lessons. The program depend on weather and snow conditions and on the level of the partecipants. Ride & Style Camp:

WOCHENPROGRAMM 22.02.16 - 26.02.16

Verteilung der Gruppen (Niveau). Aufwärmen. Übungen für die Technique, Serpentin, Carving, Freestyle Grundlagen, Flat tricks.
Annäherung an die Off-Piste (Gelende), wann-wie-wo man sicher Snowboardfahren oder Skifarhren kann, A.R.T.VA., Schaufel und Sonde. Video und Video analyse. Snowpark, Funslope.

WEEK PROGRAM 22.02.16 - 26.02.16

Splitting of the groups according to the levels. Warm up. Exercises to improve the technique, serpentin, carving, freestyle basis, flat tricks.
Approach to freeride, how to ride off-piste, safety runs, how to use the A.R.T.VA., shovel and probe.
Video and video analyse, snowpark and funslope.
