Last weekend we had our annual spring Gasshuku. About 20 participants trained kihon, kata, bunkai, sandan gi and even a taff Parcour was on the todo list.
On Sunday afternoon, a kyu grading was successful completed. Congratulations, well deserved!

Yesterday we had the very first training (Kid's class) at the gym of the new ground school of city Schwechat. This school and its gym are outstanding. We are looking forward to all coming trainings and seminars.

Summer Gasshuku completed. It was great! 12 students did participate 3 days or 21 hours of training.
Goju Ryu, Ryukyu Kobudo, sensomotorik, back training/exercises and trowing techniques.
On Sunday, GojuRyu kyu grading for three participants was the final step of this Gashuku. All three candidates showed great enthusiasm and high skills on Kihon, Kata Kihon and Bunkai.

Matthias Ertl did pass 8th Kyu
Carola Pölcz did pass 8th Kyu
Rene Zant did pass 5th Kyu
