WELCOME BACK....😀
I sincerely hope you found that some of or even perhaps all of the Daily 12 VITAL LIVING PRINCIPLES can help you Achieve Balance in your life - and especially get through these crazy times. As a bonus here are some suggestions to enjoy the year....
• WEEKLY – Reaffirm that you will only focus on associating with positive people and to stay away from the naysayers and other negative people through the coming week. Also plan one day a week connect with loved ones and friends by phone or visiting. In addition plan another day a week keep for yourself (and your family and partner) by having a complete chill out day and be at peace. 🦅
• MONTHLY - Review your goals, and your dream. Also reaffirm that you are living your true values. Happiness and fulfilment in life only happens when you are living the most important aspects of your life. For example: Health, Environment, Relationships, Career/Business, Family, Community etc. And that can be in any order - decide what is most important and organize your own hierarchy of values. If not, what will you do to make sure you are living a life of true fulfilment?👭
• BI-ANNUALLY - Take at least one or two good holiday breaks throughout the year where you can simply relax. 🌈🌞
• ANNUALLY - Get regular check-ups with your doctor, optician and dentist and take as much time out as you need to nurture and regain strength, so you can reconnect to or redevelop your passion, goals, values, and your dreams.❤️
And remember ALWAYS to balance work, time for your family, friends and loved ones, yourself and your health and fitness. At the end of the day what else is there? Your body, mind and soul are like a living temple – honor it; enjoy your life and live it to the full. 🦹♂️
