The accommodation consists of a contemporary style kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an open plan living area. Large bi-fold doors lead to a furnished 8sq metre balcony, which looks out onto magnificent mountain views up the valley to the Sonnblick glacier. The living area comprises a comfortable seating area with flat screen TV, DVD player and bluetooth speakers so you can enjoy music from you

r MP3 player, phone or tablet. The solid wood dining table seats six and the kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher and washer/ dryer. The apartment boasts underfloor central heating throughout. The main bedroom is luxurious throughout with ensuite, kingsize bed with memory foam mattress, walk in wardrobe, flat screen TV and french doors leading to a private balcony. The second bedroom has a wardrobe, chest of drawers and two large single beds with memory foam mattresses which can be made into one double bed. There is a third bedroom containing two single beds and a family bathroom comprising a bath/shower. This fantastic penthouse apartment is perfect for families or friends looking for a luxury mountain escape.

The new Waldalmbahn gondola and more pisted run! Makes for a fantastic and long red run from top to bottom of the mountain.

What an amazing place in September! Bike rides, woodland walks in the mountains, Krimml waterfalls walk and amazing weather too. The cows in one of the photos are actually walking on a blue run and reminded me of the beautiful Rauris winters with snow, that are coming later in the year. It has stirred an excitement in me about the ski season! Get booking your winter ski holiday!
