The IFA Masters World Cup is back! 🌎🏆

After a nine-year break, the world's best masters fistball teams will meet again on the international stage. From 21–24 October 2027, Sociedade Ginástica Novo Hamburgo will host the IFA Men's & Women's Masters World Cup in Brazil.

Fair Play is at the heart of fistball! 🌍🤝

On the occasion of World Fair Play Day, the International Fistball Association highlighted the enormous importance of integrity, respect and sportsmanship within our sport.

As part of the new IFA strategy, fair play will continue to play a central role in the future development of international fistball. A special milestone was reached during the IFA Awards on World Fistball Day 2026, when Fair Play Awards were presented for the very first time to three athletes and one team. 🏆

🗣️ “Fair play has an enormous significance in fistball and is one of the core values of our sport. Especially in today’s sporting landscape, it is essential that we continue to actively promote these values at every level of competition,” says IFA President Gastão Englert.

The IFA is proud to be part of the International Fair Play Committee (CIFP) and to support global initiatives promoting ethical sport and integrity worldwide. 🌎

South America & Central Europe delivering champions! 🌍🔥
The IFA Fistball World Tour 2026 keeps gaining momentum with top performances in Brazil and Germany – and some familiar names staying on top! 💥

🏆 Curitiba (BRA)
Ginástica Novo Hamburgo continues its dominance in the men’s competition, securing a third consecutive title and holding firm at the top of the World Tour ranking. In the women’s tournament, Sogipa-Ginástica Porto Alegre remains unstoppable, celebrating their fourth straight victory and confirming their status as the team to beat.

🏆 Stammheim (GER)
In the women’s competition, Ahlhorner SV defended their title in a close final – but as they are not part of the World Tour, the spotlight shifts to Union Compact Freistadt, whose second-place finish earns them the crucial 1,000 World Tour points. In the men’s competition, Union Tigers Vöcklabruck backed up last year’s success, edging out TV Wohnplan Enns in a thrilling final to claim another title.
