Wow! What an amazing weekend we had!

Training, Examination, BBQ, Campfire, Community and much more. We simply had a blast.

A huge THANK YOU to Master Marcel Match, G**o Sofian, Esther Stoffels, Joshua Kop and Peter for visiting, training with us and all the fun we had!

The special Training on Thursday and the two days of Seminar including Exams for our Students went by sooo fast.

And hey: we got a great special surprise yesterday: Esther van Dongen called in live and we became officially Affiliates to the M.A.T.C.H. Family ❤️👊

We are very thankful and are feeling honored and blessed. Thank you very much Marcel and Esther!

We also like to say thank you to all our students and congratz - you did awesome Exams and really showed up and worked hard!

Also our Seminar-Guests: thanks and hope to see you again!

The BBQ yesterday at Casa Kremsi with special BBQ-Master and Live Music was great and a grand finale!

Looking forward to repeat this very soon!

Seminar Day One: ☑️

Gestern starteten wir mit Gelb- und Orangegurt Prüfungen in den Nachmittag.
Unsere Schüler konnten Master Marcel mit ihren in den letzten Monaten durch intensives Training erworbenen Fähigkeiten voll überzeugen.

Nach einer kurzen Pause ging es dann mit dem eigentlichen Seminar los.

Einzelstock und die Connection zwischen Pangamot und Messertechniken bildeten den Schwerpunkt.

Bereits an diesem Tag konnten wir alle viel lernen und mitnehmen.

Wir bedanken uns bei Master Marcel, G**o Sofian und dem ganzen Team für diesen grandiosen Auftakt und freuen uns bereits auf den Start von Tag zwei.

Um 09:00 geht es los. 👊

Great Kick-Off Training today with Master Marcel van Dongen and Team.

In preparation for the Exams tomorrow and on Saturday our students had the possibility to prepare directly under the guidance of Marcel and Team during our regular class today.

We are looking forward to the Seminar this weekend, it is going to be awesome 🔥👊

Just came back from a fantastic Seminar/Examination and Vacation Trip to the Netherlands. Did some small group training, Examination and a two day Seminar with GM Erwin Mosqueda. Thank you to GM Erwin, Master Marcel Match, Essie van Dongen, Sofian Stoffels, Esther Stoffels and all the great friends in the Netherlands. Always good to train together and on top get some awesome time with our dutch family.

Looking forward to the next time!

Bei uns gibt es auch jede Menge Flow-Drills – perfekt für das Solo-Training. So kann man Bewegungen, Timing und Koordination auch alleine trainieren.

Tres Tres bedeutet „Drei Drei“.

Der Name ergibt sich aus dem Bewegungsmuster. Dieses Prinzip gibt es im Eskrima in vielen Varianten und kann mit unterschiedlichen Waffen trainiert werden.
