Treat yourself like an athlete

My current class is getting better every day. And the reason is no secret.
▪️
First of all learn the basics. The basics about movements and then load the pins.
There is so much of fancy stuff on the road. Maybe it is cool if you keep your volume high, but most of the
time it's not purposeful to reach your goals
▪️
Next, do it regularly. No one getting better in anything with only one rep.
If you work more, you get more. Keep it simple and get s**t done
▪️
Last, but not least: Go all out! When it hurts, it will grow. Understand that there are no shortcuts.
If you do 100 Reps of Biceps Flexions without any weights or do steady cardio, you stay thin and weak and also lose muscles. The point is,
that you only get bigger, look more muscular or get in shape if you train hard, specific and treat yourself like an athlete.
