Stiegenläufe oder auch Sprünge haben es in sich und es ist mal eine einfach Art der Abwechslung! Besonderen der Quadriceps und die Waden- und Zehenstreckermuskulatur, sowie die Gesäßmuskulatur kommen hierbei zum Einsatz. Je nachdem wie man es anlegt ein intensives Ausdauer- und/oder Krafttraining. Give it a try!
