Recovery is extremely important. For you to make progress, you have to include a recovery plan into your regime. But what does this mean?
This it what recovery should look like.
1. Full rest days/week
2. Active recovery days (only stretch & mobility)
3. Good sleep(most important)
4. Good nutrition
For good nutrition, timing and quality are everything. After a training session, you need to replenish and feed the body with good proteins, carbs and vitamins/minerals.
