🚨 Tactical Sunday – Part 3/3: Taking It to the Next Level! 🚨

After mastering the fundamentals in Part 1 and learning to use the vehicle as cover in Part 2, Part 3 is where it all comes together — and then some.

This final phase focuses on realistic, high-stress shooting scenarios using both FX rounds and live ammunition. Expect to push your limits inside, outside, and even underneath the vehicle, plus dynamic live-fire drills in complex, confined environments.

Here’s what you’ll train:
🛞 Shooting FX pistols — fired outside the vehicle in open areas, as well as inside, outside, and underneath the car. Learn to use every inch of tight space for cover and movement, mastering rapid position changes while under pressure. The noise and flash of FX rounds simulate real combat stress.

🔫 Live-fire drills in a dynamic facility — engage targets from one-handed standing, kneeling, and prone positions. This phase is all about feeling what it’s like to shoot live ammo in various stances, gaining confidence in close-quarter combat under realistic conditions. You’ll move through confined and complex spaces with heightened threat awareness, smoothly transitioning between positions to maintain control and safety.

📍Tactical Sunday – Part 2/3

In the second phase of Tactical Sunday, we built directly on the fundamentals covered in Part 1, pushing participants to apply their skills under more dynamic and realistic conditions.

The main focus: using the vehicle as effective cover.

We trained transitions between the standing, kneeling, and prone shooting positions around different parts of the vehicle. The objective was to understand which areas of the car provide real cover—and where it becomes a liability.

Key training elements included:
🚗 Using the vehicle as cover, maximizing protection while minimizing exposure
🔫 Engaging targets from standing, kneeling, and prone, each in relation to different parts of the vehicle
🪟 Shooting from inside the vehicle, through side and front windows, emphasizing limited angles, reduced mobility, and the need for stable shooting positions
🧠 Applying the theory from Part 1: understanding angles, spatial awareness inside the car, and the mindset required for close-quarter vehicle engagements

FX pistols once again played a key role—introducing stress, noise, and close proximity to simulate real-world pressure and decision-making in a confined space.

📍Tactical Sunday – Part 1/3

We kicked off this Tactical Sunday with a theory briefing led by our instructor, covering principles of shooting in and around vehicles and the mindset required for close-quarter vehicle engagements.

After the classroom input, we moved into the fundamentals:
🔫 Shooting from a standing position
🧎 Engaging from a kneeling position
🪖 Shooting from a prone position

All drills were conducted around and near vehicles to simulate real-world limitations and angles.
We also introduced FX pistols to get participants used to close-quarters force-on-force engagements from within a vehicle.
