LONG LEAN LEGS

SWIPE FOR THE WORKOUT

This mini workout is perfect to shape long and lean legs!
It’s low impact movements strengthen your deep muscles and give you a sweat without any jumping 💪🏼

Give a a go or save for later to do anyplace and anytime ✔️

▪️30 sec table top leg raises
▪️ 30 sec back lunge + front kick (flat ass alert on slide 2 😅)
▪️ 30 sec standing leg raises
▪️ 30 sec squats + alternating lateral lunges
