I’m very happy to be joining the pewag team for the 2026 season. It means a lot to me to feel supported by all the team’s sponsors. Thank you to them and to the team for your trust. I hope to put together a great season — I’m definitely very motivated!

My main goal will be the 70.3 World Championships in Nice. I’d like to make peace with the Ironman distance and, above all, improve my English, which isn’t great 😅.

#5 Danyil Odynets

Hi, I’m Danyil Odynets, a 22-year-old triathlete from Ukraine, currently based in Austria, where I’m also pursuing a Master’s degree at Johannes Kepler University in Linz.

I started endurance sports early — running my first half marathon at 14, a full marathon at 16, and completing my first Ironman at 18. By 21, I had already finished five Ironman races and won both the U24 Ironman World Championship in Nice and the Ironman European Championship in Frankfurt.

This season marks my first as a professional athlete, and I’m excited to take on new challenges, push my limits, and contribute to the success of the pewag racing team.

#3 Gabriel Sandör
I’m Gabriel Sandör, a Swedish professional triathlete born in 1996. I’ve won multiple Swedish and Nordic titles, including a recent 3rd place at the Ironman 70.3 European Championship.

Last year, I made my full-distance Ironman debut in Copenhagen, finishing 5th in 7:38 — a great experience and a strong start at this distance. This season, I’m aiming for Ironman Kalmar, Ironman Klagenfurt, the Ironman 70.3 World Championship, and several 70.3 races along the way. I’m thrilled to be part of such a strong team with pewag racing.

#1 Christophe De Keyser
I’m 33, and this is my 4th year with the pewag racing team. This will also be my second year focusing on Ironman distances, especially our home race in Klagenfurt.

After winning a 70.3 race in 2022, I’m ready to go for the podium in pewag colors. Last year, racing in Klagenfurt gave me a real sense of the energy and importance of this race for the whole pewag family. This season, I’m coming back stronger than ever, aiming to bring home the victory we’ve been chasing.
