Nowadays we see tons of “miracle” videos: 1 movement = 1 incredible result. But in lifting (and strength training in general), reality is very different: technique is 80% of your results… and 100% of your safety. 💯
🔥 Poor technique = poor muscle activation
What you copy from TikTok might not match your body type, your level, or your goals. Result: you’re working the wrong muscles… or not working anything at all.
⚠️ Bad posture = injury risk
Arched back, misplaced load, rushed movement… What you see in a 10-second clip usually hides tons of mistakes. And you’re the one who pays the price later.
