Paul, Andi
It's been two weeks you've left, it still feels unreal. More than friends, you were pillars of the Innsbruck community, the hole you're leaving behind is immense...
Paul, our paths crossed 2017, as you and Flo visited the workshop kindly asking to test a board. By the end of that winter, you had used and abused the entire test quiver! I'll miss these countless repair sessions with you, our vinosophic discussions about board shapes or about the grand scheme of life... Thanks for all these places you've taken me to, these lines we shared, for your always good mood and lightness, and before all for your unconditional support to Baguette Boards.. Whether it was in the workshop, within your circle of friends or at testivals, you were always there to speak the good words and give a hand, asking nothing in return. The way you dedicated your life to snowboarding with no interest for fame was so authentic and truly inspiring, we will live up to that with zigy stars in our eyes! Rest easy, brother..
Andi, it's been about 4 years when you first passed the door of the workshop, with sparks of curiosity in your eyes. Straight away you embraced the idea of bringing back snowboard manufacturing in the tirolean valleys, and you've jumped alongside, helping where you could. You quickly became my assigned elektroingenieur, and took care of the entire electrical installation of the workshop.. Whenever I switch on the sanding machines, I hear the valves opening and the dust extractor starting, all automatically... I think about you! Your kindness, generosity and altruism will remain, as a caring standard to live up to. Thank you for everything you've done, rest peacefully my friend..
Our thoughts go to Franzie, Sarah, your family and friends.. And to all who had the inestimable chance of getting to know you.
❤️
