We are in the cup final!
Monday 11th April @ Oaklands Park Stadium Almondsbury 7:30pm KO

We are able to offer fan seats on the team bus leaving at 5:45pm from the bus stop near the primary school, returning to the Catherine Wheel after the match.

Due to the kind sponsorship of G A Sheppard for the bus we are asking for donations towards Marshfield FC funds in lieu of fares.

Thank you do absolutely everyone involved for Sundays superd day for Cancer Research, which saw an enthralling 4-4 draw vs Bristol City Legends!

Thanks to the players from both teams; the people that helped organise; the volunteers helping make the day run; and most of all everyone that came down to support both the teams, and such a fantastic cause!

We managed to raise over £500 for , so thank you 👏🏼

We are only a few weeks away from the start of the season after promotion into Division 1, so it will be amazing to see as many of you supporting the lads down the Withy throughout the season, details of fixtures in due course. ⚽️

Who's ready for Sunday? 😍

Unfortunately due to Bristol City commitments in pre-season, Scott Murray is unable to attend 😔

BUT! We do have 5 ex-City players confirmed, and another ex-pro footballer too, including:

-Club record appearance holder and ex-captain Louis Carey
-Ex-player and youth coach Gary Owers
-Rob Edwards, with over 250 appearances for the club
-Mickey Bell, with over 300 appearances for the club
-Colin Cramb, a regular in gaining City promotion to the first division in '98
-And finally Paul Bodin, who made 23 international appearances for Wales. £2 per car, fun for everyone, and all for a fantastic cause, Cancer Research.

Please come down to the Withymead, Marshfield this Sunday 21st July and support the boys and raise money in our first pre-season friendly of the year. Gates open midday.

Marshfield host a pre season friendly to remember on 21st July with the visit of Bristol City legend and current member of the first team staff, Scott Murray, as he brings a few lads to the Withy.

Let's get as many people down to support not only the team, but a brilliant charity close to the club.

Fun for all ages, beer, bouncy castle, good times and a bit of football in between. See you there! ⚽️

Matchday!

Get yourself down the Withy this afternoon to watch the mighty Marsh take on Spencer's FC in the Knockout Cup Quarter Final.

If that isn't enough to wet the appetite then I'm sure the pork rolls on offer will be 🤤

Support your local club and be there for a 13:30 kick off, grab yourself a pint of lager/cider, bottle of Doombar, hot or soft drink, and enjoy. Snacks also available.

Football is BACK! 😍

Here are Marshfields fixtures through January, starting with Home league action this Saturday, 2pm kick off, where we look to continue our push towards the top of the table and remain unbeaten.

Marshfields fixture today vs Torpedo Reserves FC in the second round of the Gloucestershire Intermediate Cup has been moved to a HOME fixture due to Waterlogged pitches at the Downs.

Kick off is 2pm so get yourself down the Withy and support the lads, up the Marsh!!

Some action shots from Saturday which saw Marshfield face defeat for the first time this season to Heytesbury FC in the A&B Cup.

Having been leading the game twice, Marsh took the game into the final 5 minutes at 2-2, to then concede a couple of quick goals to finish the game 2-4 full time.

The boys can hold their heads high knowing they can compete with the best, with Heytesbury sit on top of Division 1.

Onto this Saturday where we travel to Torpedo Reserves in the second round of the Gloucestershire Intermediate Cup on The Downs, Bristol, BS8 2XP. 2pm Kick off.

⚽️ MATCH DAY ⚽️

Come down to support your local lads take on Heytesbury FC in another knockout competition. Marsh took on opposition from the league above last week and came out victorious, and are looking to do the same again today.

As usual, bar open from 1pm with both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks available, along with some snacks.

Stick your coat on and get down the Withy, 2pm kick off.

Up the Marsh.

It's what we do.

Yesterday saw the mighty marsh put 9 goals past Trowbridge to seal our 6th successive victory on the bounce. The goals were shared nicely with 2 goals each for J. Hylands, E. Anderson and the birthday boy . A goal to note as well from the goal machine himself D. Campbell, can he be stopped?! Everyone is buzzing to hear about that over the course of the coming weeks... 😴

Thank you to everyone that came down to support the lads, it's greatly appreciated, hopefully see more faces as the games go on.

Training as normal from 7pm on Tuesday as we prepare for 3 tough consecutive cup games.
