Don't "just go out and move around." All of the functional problems and postural distortions which shape you from disuse, misuse and overuse will be reinforced. If you want to move, move better. Movements are ideas about actions, like a push-up. Which push-up will you do? Is it correct form? Does it improve your current imbalances? Merely because a someone you admire performs a movement doesn't mean you should be mimicking it. Movement alone will reinforce your immobilities. Movement makes you move worse. Only mobility improves movement. Move better. Do YOUR mobility.
