Concentration in training is necessary not only for the performance itself, but also for the awareness that the athlete is on the dangerous edge where he must not make a mistake. Otherwise, he will pay for it with his health or put those around him at risk. Centering helps you connect with your own physical form, physical resources, and consciously allocate your energies. This maintains the athlete's maximum contact with himself and safely distracts him from stress reactions that can otherwise negatively affect his performance.
