The Hochzeitsturm is brilliant, and the leafless trees in the Platanenhain are beautiful to see in person. I had such a time in Darmstadt, Germany. 🇩🇪

Training days hit different when you’re properly dialled in.

I’ve added to my pre-gym routine, zero percent alcohol functional drinks that enhance focus and energy.

I paired with Greek style yogurt, garlic, lemon, and caramelised Scotch bonnet butter for a meal of Turkish Eggs that tasted amazing!

The contrast between the cool yogurt, runny yolks, and that fiery butter is absolutely unmatched.

Serve it with garlic naan and grape juice (trust me on this) for the full experience. This is what a meal should be: bold, comforting, and worth the effort! I’m definitely making this again.

Bookmark this routine for your next leg day. A major shift in my training is being intentional about hitting my core immediately after my heavy lifts.
I used to dedicate a whole separate day to it, but I have realised the benefit of working on it every day. Would you give this combo a go?

Looking back at old videos and I am actually shocked at how slim I used to be. It is wild to see my body go from a size 6 to a 10/12, building muscle and a bigger bum along the way.

I am honestly just marvelling at how our bodies can shift from slim to thick and back again. While my goal now is to find that perfect middle ground, I am so proud of this version of me.
