Muska Ball and Leather Making Company is one of the private Production Companies in Afghanistan working for the women’s sake especially the vulnerable ones. Aziza Mohmmand Director of the M.B.L.C with her 4 other fellow men and women. The company has started its formal activities in 2004 after registering with AISA. M.B.L.C is a production company its products are Balls (Foot ball, Volleyball and

kids ball for children) and leather products. The products are sold in Kabul city and also in other cities of Afghanistan, in company shop located in Women’s garden and by some other agencies. Company’s activities are managed according to the business sector rules and regulations of AISA. M.B.L.C core staffs are made up of women and some men; it has 8 people as admin staff and 5 people as regular producers or called as Heads. The amount of workers depends according to the system needs but there are 250 total men and women working in both production fields of the company. M.B.L.C is a partner company with BPeace and is creating market linkages through it in different parts of world and has a future plan of getting linked with Leader dog for its marketing purpose as well.
