Safer Internet Day (SID) is celebrated annually throughout the globe to promote Internet as a safer place for children and other young users. Afghanistan has been celebrating the day since 2012. Over the years, Safer Internet Day (SID) has become a landmark event in the online safety calendar. This year's Safer Internet Day (SID) celebrations was held on Tuesday, 5 February 2019 in Kabul.
