Our Herat Cycling Team A few days trip from Afghanistan to Iran was a really great trip for them and this team consists of four people who last night reached their goal in Mashhad, Iran. We wish success to all Afghan cyclists.

Hello everyone, have a nice morning. We are happy to have completed the pleasant journey. The trip to the west of Paktia province and seeing different villages and different cultures was really pleasant, although we faced strong winds, but it was really a great exercise.

Greetings and best regards to all the service Last Friday to the districts of Ghazni province in southern Afghanistan Meeting different people Sights was really a great exercise i often think that our lives are allowed to be enjoyable. I think we’ve forgotten this. We study some special fields we don’t enjoy to get a certain type of "social status". We do work we dislike to get a certain type of lifestyle. We wear some specific clothes just to follow the flood of fashion. We are so often sacrificing our joy for some societal goals we’re supposed to want. And yet, our joy, our enjoyment, our love of our own life, how is that not the standard for our well being? We have normalized that our life is only as good as it looks to others. This requires ignoring our inner knowing, the most vital truth we have at our disposal. It’s why we hustle. It’s why we obsess over hard work as opposed to inspired effort. It might explain why we are exhausted, and yet unfulfilled and burnt out. Because there is a knowing within all of us a map that will lead us to what is most true. Success is not some external guidepost. It has always been within how we feel about ourselves, the lives were building, and the amount of joy, calm, happiness, and love we allow ourselves to contain. Success is not out there. It’s about creating a life you love so much that feels so true to you, you have nothing left to prove.
