Have you ever mindlessly drank a bottle of perfume, or ate your bar of soap before? No? Didn't think so.. Yet we seem to fill our bodies with processed junk on a daily basis without giving it much thought. Why do so many different diets seem to show positive results? What do they all seem to have in common? Do we just like the idea of being on a strict diet as we don't trust ourselves to make food related decisions on our own? We need to become mindful of what we are putting in our bodies on a daily basis. Is this food good for me? Does my body need it? Some simple questions you can start asking yourself while starting the 'mindful diet'. 😊😊

Many of us get stuck in a rut when trying to get fit/healthy/lose body fat. We feel like we've tried everything but nothing seems to work for us or we don't seem to be able to commit to a plan. 😭
If this is you, listen to this short message and see if you've been maybe missing out some of the vital ingredients for success. 💡
🔸Do you have a desire to become fit/healthy?
🔹Do you believe you are capable of it?
🔸Do you know exactly how to do it?
🔹Do you have a specific plan of how to do it?
Until you can answer this 4 with a yes.. You are unlikely going to achieve your goals. Our new program is going to help you build the psychological foundations and equip yourself with the knowledge on how to reach your goals and enjoy the process. Hope this video helps 🙏

Practice what you preach.. 😰
As mentioned in my last video discussing motivation.. You need to be able to do what is required to reach your goal even when motivation isn't there. If I only worked out/eat healthy when I was motivated.. I'd work about 10 times a year. 💡 We need to find drive, fortitude and persistence to reach our goals.. Motivation is a bonus. 2018 is turning out to be a crazy year.. Hard to predict what your year will look like when living in the UAE 🇦🇪 such an amazing country with so many opportunities.
2018 is the 'Year of Zayed' (hence the badge I'm wearing) as it is 100 years since the birth of Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, the Founding Father of the UAE. The man responsible for creating the UAE and transforming it into a home for millions of people from over 200 different nationalities. Over 4 years I moved here and never expected to feel so welcome in a country in the middle east with different a different culture, religious beliefs and traditions. Yet the UAE has provided me countless opportunities, allowed me to chase my dreams and make load of new Emirati friends! 🙏
