I asked ChatGPT a simple question:
“What do you know about me?”
The answer honestly surprised me.
It reflected back something powerful:
“That I am a driven, growth-oriented leadership professional who wants to build a respected premium brand around executive presence, public speaking, and transformation… while also becoming stronger personally, physically, spiritually, and financially.”
And that made me pause.
Because beyond the technology itself, what struck me most was this: AI is learning us, shaping work, and changing the future much faster than most people realize.
Recently, I was speaking with my children about a report on how AI may reshape the future workforce. We talked about how many professions, as we know them today, could be deeply transformed, and in some cases even replaced. Engineers. Lawyers. Sales professionals. Even physicians.
Naturally, they felt worried.
And honestly, I understand why.
When you are still discovering who you want to become, the future can already feel uncertain enough. Add AI to the picture, and it can sound even more intimidating.
But I told them the point is not to worry.
The point is to prepare.
Because whenever there is major change, we usually respond with one of two mindsets:
A fixed mindset that says:
“AI will replace me.”
Or a builder’s mindset that asks:
“How can I build in my field, using AI, in a way that creates better results, with greater efficiency, in less time and effort?”
That is the real question.
It all depends on how you choose to see it.
And by the way, AI is not just ChatGPT.
Not even close.
It is much bigger than that.
So for anyone who wants not only to catch the train, but to truly stand out and become unique in their field, the way forward is clear:
Learn. Adapt. Build.
Let’s choose the builder’s mentality over fear.
Let’s move from skepticism to creation.
Let’s not just react to the future.
Let’s help shape it.
