إذا قلنا جولة سرعة، نبغي اللكمات تكون سريعة وخفيفة مع تحكم كامل بالحركة.

وإذا قلنا جولة قوة، خذ وقتك، حمّل اللكمة، وطلع أقصى قوة عندك.

كل نوع تدريب له هدفه، وإذا عرفت متى تستخدم السرعة ومتى تستخدم القوة، بيتطور مستواك بشكل أسرع. 👊🔥
