Yesterday we received a call from a customer who had unfortunately experienced a structural crack in their blockwork swimming pool, a problem that is becoming far too common with the way many pools are being built today. Some contractors are even openly sharing this method of construction on Instagram.
The customer had specifically gone to the DDA to ask which swimming pool contractor was consistently operating and delivering projects to the proper standard within their jurisdiction.
We were incredibly proud to hear that Pools By Design was the first name recommended with confidence.
