Looking for a quick core workout that doesn't require equipment?

Check out our first mini-workout, designed to focus on one area of the body for around 15 minutes, ideal to perform at the end of your regular workout as a finisher circuit!

Perform each move for 1 minute, with 20 seconds rest between exercises.

1. Plank
2. Knee-to-chest
3. Plank Walk
4. Mountain Climber
5. Sit-up with OH Reach
6. In-and-outs
7. Jackknife

Repeat the whole circuit twice.

Perform each exercise with control and focus on keeping your core engaged throughout. Technique is everything people!
