After earning my license in physical and sports education, I've worn many hats: teacher, fitness instructor, and private coach. My journey has seen me help clients lose weight, gain strength, and transform their lifestyles.

I specialize in strength and conditioning for athletes, basketball players, swimmers, runners, and skiers. My expertise extends to injury rehabilitation, aiding individuals with disc issues, cerebral palsy, multiple sclerosis, knee surgeries, and posture alignment.

Since 2018, I've embraced yoga, blending it with my extensive knowledge to offer personalized yoga sessions, both in-person and online. Coreliving also caters to corporate clients, providing posture correction and wellness programs for those who sit at desks for over 9 hours daily.

Coreliving is more than one-on-one sessions; it's a path to holistic well-being, now expanding to retreats in Lebanon.
