Viking Press Handle is now available at Body&Rhythm to torture us all π Honestly this shoulder press exercise is a great addition to your workout. The resistance band spices it up by making sure the elbows are kept in place and lateral deltoids are triggered too.
Last but not least: If you decide to try this out, please make sure you do not bounce with your legs as that will make the exercise ineffective. . .
