Get your Hyrox race prep in this Saturday!

Join us on our outdoor terrace for a full simulation race event, the perfect way to gauge your current level and see where you can improve.

We’ll be running multiple waves starting from 6:15am running through until 8:00am, so whether you want to run solo, in doubles or in a relay, this is your opportunity to practice with regulation equipment and be judged by official Hyrox coaches.

You are invited to join us for a Full Hyrox Simulation to allow you to put your body and mind to the test, Hyrox style!

This is a great opportunity to practice and collect some valuable data which you can use to help you in an official Hyrox event. You will find that you can enjoy a pressure-free version of the race so you can identify your strengths and weaknesses to develop.

The event will have full course regulation standards, including judges and coaches to help you with all your questions.
