Our Goal is to promote water safety, comfort and stroke techniques of all ages 3yrs and up in all swimming abilities. We offer affordable classes with a flexible schedule in all 7 days a week. Our pool is heated to a comfortable temperature during winter and summer. Learn to Swim Program for Beginner, Intermediate and Advance Levels for both kids and adults. Branch locations around Dubai:

Job Description:
1. Update database pertaining to all Client.
2. Book classes appointments
3. Send Daily reports for sale staff attendance and performance
4. Manage phone calls and correspondence
5. Take the attendance of instructors
6. Take the attendance of clients
7. Follow up clients for renewal
8. Send Reminders to currently clients to cover rest of classes
9. Welcome new leads and answer them questions
10. Make the sale operation with clear policy
11. Manage make up classes and freezing requests
12. Track clients feedback
13. Contact the old clients for chance to join again
14. Check stocks and place orders to management
15. Assist The Head coach
16. Issuance of level certificates if clients passing the level
17. Coordinate office activities and operations
18. In your off day send all the information to the Head Coach
19. Perform basic customer service functions, like answering questions or responding to inquiries
20. Ensure order and invoice accuracy
21. Compile daily sales reports and monitor sales efforts
22. Prepare monthly end reports if needed.
