Looking back, 2016 was a pivotal moment that transformed my coaching career. It’s where my journey began at Evolution Sports in Doha, diving deep into what it truly meant to be a coach. That initial experience laid the foundation for everything to come.

Fast forward a decade and I’ve had the privilege of working with some of the biggest clubs in Qatar, as well as prestigious organizations in the UK, like the City of Cardiff and Hackney Aquatics.

Since then moving to Dubai, heading up the masters and development squads at FitRepublik. Alongside this, I’m proud to have built an international community of athletes through my online coaching business, which continues to grow stronger every day.

Throughout these years, one lesson has resonated with me:

“Clarity creates confidence and confidence drives performance”

This mantra has fueled my personal and professional growth, enabling me to help hundreds of athletes worldwide achieve what they once thought was impossible in swimming.

For those who know me, you’re aware of my love for the whiteboard, it’s been my trusty companion throughout this journey and it always will be! 😅

Here’s to another decade of growth in this sport and in my online business. I’m immensely grateful to everyone who has been part of this journey, those currently on it and those just beginning.
