✨ MEET COACH KAT ✨ photographed by talented VR PH.

Kat’s contemporary Pilates classes are all about moving with intention, having fun, and finding the challenge that feels right for you.

Trained through Barre Body in Bali, she brings together strength, control and creative flows that keep both your body and mind engaged.

Expect plenty of encouragement, options to level up, good energy and probably a few laughs along the way.

Come move with Kat at Soma Solis Reformer Pilates 🤍
