I thought by putting the speed up to 1.1x I may look less all over the place 😬

Absolutely LOVE boxing and we had a great little routine going a couple years back. But since being in Dubai I’ve only been to classes on the bags (which I love) but really want to keep up on pad work again.. I’ll have my nails trimmed though 💅

Thank you for today’s session. And as always it was a pleasure coming down to The best boxing academy gym in Essex 😎💕

My gorgeous girly has made a whopping 9.6kg loss in weight & 20inches off on body fat all round!

Naomi is a super busy, working Mum of 2 young children and started her journey with me 12 weeks ago when her second child was just 3 months old.
