Super excited to be hosting our next Kids Sound Healing & Mindfulness Certified Facilitation Training ✨🌸

Children are naturally curious about sound healing instruments — from singing bowls and chimes to drums and other sensory sounds. They love to explore, listen, feel the vibrations and experience sound in their own way. ✨🧘‍♀️

This certified training is about learning how to work with that natural curiosity, using sound, mindfulness, breath, movement and play to create engaging and age-appropriate experiences for children.

I can’t believe a month has passed already… 🌿

Words can’t really express how incredibly soulful and special this retreat was. So many beautiful moments shared together…waterfall blessings, daily Yoga & Pranayama, cacao ceremony, sound healing, crystal healing, paddy field walks, laughter, connection and a little bit of Bali magic along the way. ✨🌺

More than anything, it was the beautiful souls who came together that made this retreat what it was. 💖

One of the most incredible experiences we’ve shared together in Bali. 🪷🌿

We just went to a traditional Balinese Melukat ceremony at Taman Beji Griya Waterfall — a sacred water purification in Balinese tradition.

In Bali, water is considered sacred and is used for purification of the body, mind and spirit. The ceremony takes you through a series of prayers, offerings, holy springs and waterfalls, each with its own meaning. 🌸

One of the most magical parts is standing beneath the waterfall and being encouraged to release what you’ve been carrying… shouting, crying or allowing whatever needs to come out. At the next waterfall, the energy completely changes, inviting laughter, happiness and positive energy back in. 🌺

Can’t wait to introduce this experience at our next retreat in Magical Bali ✨✨✨
