Saturday, 30 May, is our regular off day.

Kyokushin Training sessions will resume on Sunday, 31 May 2026.
Kids, 5-6 pm and 6-8 pm for combined class.

📣 OSU Everyone! 🥋🔥

Yesterday we had a very successful internal championship, and we are truly proud of all our fighters and families for the amazing spirit and support. 👏🏆

There is no such thing as a “small tournament.” Every championship is important, because every time a fighter steps onto the mat, they grow stronger, more confident, and more experienced.

Today, our kids learned much more than fighting:
• Courage and confidence
• Teamwork and discipline
• Respect and supporting each other
• How to handle pressure and championship environment

To us, they are all winners. Every student who stepped onto the mat today showed bravery and strength, and we are proud of every single one of them. 🙇‍♂️
