Great sessions this week, showing the leaders of tomorrow how to build an impactful CV at the University of Dubai. Great engagement, great questions and a true will to take in as much information as possible... This is what I love to be a part of.
As I mentioned during the workshops, it is impossible to write a good CV if you don't know who you are, what you have to offer and where you are going... Which is often the hardest part for young graduates... But gaining that clarity is possible. 1. British Psychology Society accredited and Certified in Saville Assessments of Occupational Test User -Ability and Personality - Transform Talent Assessments for working individuals to match the right talent, to the right roles
2. CPP accredited and certified in STRONG Interest Inventory Assessment tools - A career assessment that delivers insight and direction
3. PSI accredited in Am I Job Ready Assessment Tools – A Career Readiness and Soft Skills Platform

Yesterday was my last day of career workshops at the French Business Council for this year !... ended it on a high note with talented and ambitious participants. Looking forward to being back after my maternity leave early next year 😊

1 day... 2 workshops... 21 participants in total... it was a great day yesterday sharing my expertise with amazing people at the French Business Council... after a long summer, it was great to be back....

One thing we discussed is the role your CV will play in your job search.... let's be clear, your CV will not find you a job, its role is to help you secure interviews.... or even better, it should come as a support document following a meaningful conversation with a key player.
