I loved being a personal trainer, but eventually I realised there was a limit to it.
A limit to how many hours I had in a day.
A limit to how many clients I could take on.
And honestly, a limit to how much I could keep growing while doing the same thing over and over again.
At the end of the day, as a personal trainer, you’re selling your time.
And there was another side to it that I started noticing more and more.
Not everyone who hires a personal trainer is actually looking for a full transformation.
Sometimes they just want someone there for that hour. Someone to tell them what to do, keep them company, motivate them, and sometimes you end up feeling more like their psychologist for an hour than their trainer.
And there’s nothing wrong with that.
But I wanted more from my work.
I wanted to work with people who genuinely wanted to change.
People who wanted to improve their training, nutrition, habits, mindset and everything that happens outside of that one hour in the gym.
That’s why I eventually moved away from personal training and focused fully on online coaching.
Because I didn’t just want to sell an hour of my time.
I wanted to be part of the whole transformation.
