We are honoured to introduce Horatiu Chereches as a distinguished member of the DIDC Egypt 2026 Jury Panel.
A Romanian Ballet Artist, Choreographer, Ballet Master and Academic, Horațiu Cherecheș brings more than three decades of exceptional professional experience to the stage.
Former First Ballet Soloist with the National Theatre of Opera and Ballet “Oleg Danovski”
Former artist with the Nice Opera House, France
Performed leading roles in Swan Lake, Giselle, Don Quixote, The Nutcracker, Coppélia, Romeo and Juliet, Cinderella and many more.
Acclaimed choreographer and director of productions including Romeo and Juliet, Enseniana, Snow White, and Beauty and the Beast.
Recipient of multiple Romanian Opera Awards, including Best Classical Ballet Choreographer and the Award of Excellence for his entire career.
Holds a Doctorate in Music, specialising in Choreographic Direction.
We are proud to welcome Horațiu Cherecheș to the DIDC Egypt 2026 Jury and look forward for dedication and talent of dancers from Egypt and beyond.

WELCOME TO ASPIRE PERFORMING ARTS
We are delighted to welcome Ms. Debra Colleen Gush to the Aspire Performing Arts teaching team!
With over 35 years of international experience as a dance educator, choreographer, and RAD Examiner, Debra brings an exceptional wealth of knowledge and expertise in Classical Ballet, Contemporary, Jazz, Repertoire, and vocational dancer training.
We are thrilled to have her join our team and look forward to our students learning, growing, and being inspired by her experience and passion for dance.

Turnout isn't about how far the feet can open—it's about understanding where the movement begins.
Using the KNK Miami Band, young dancers can feel the connection between both legs, activate the correct muscles, and experience true rotation from the hips while imagining the air beneath the heels.
I love creating simple exercises that help young dancers feel and understand their technique.

Seeing those young dancers from the Middle East and around the world, sharing one stage, and believing in their talents, this keeps us doing this.
