General Timing Rules That Apply to Most Injectables
• Subcutaneous (SubQ) injection (abdomen, thigh, or near injury site) with insulin syringes.
• Fasted state for most GH-related peptides: Inject 1–2 hours after your last meal (or first thing in AM) and wait 30–90+ minutes before eating carbs/protein.
• Cycling to avoid tolerance: Many clinics recommend 5 days on / 2 days off (e.g., Mon–Fri) or 4–12 weeks on followed by 2–4 weeks off. This prevents receptor desensitization.
• Storage in Dubai heat: Unreconstituted vials in the fridge (or freezer for longer). After mixing with bacteriostatic water: fridge only, use within 2–4 weeks. Gentle swirl—no shaking.
• Best practice: Morning doses for energy/fat-loss peptides; evening for repair/sleep peptides. Consistency + lifestyle (sleep, training, nutrition) matters most. Results typically start in 2–4 weeks, peak at 8–12+ weeks
