Aqib came to me at a point where he genuinely wasn’t happy with himself.

He was struggling mentally, avoiding mirrors, avoiding pictures… just not feeling good in his own skin.

His health had completely taken a back seat.
No exercise. Poor eating habits. No structure.

Then one day he came across my page and decided enough was enough.

From there, we just focused on rebuilding him slowly.

Simple training he could follow confidently.
Recipe ideas and meals that actually suited him.
And regular support whenever he was having a rough time mentally.

Yes, the physical transformation has been amazing — 15kg down in around 13 weeks.

But honestly, the best part for me is seeing the change in him mentally.

He’s happier.
More confident.
He no longer avoids his reflection.
He can wear a t-shirt and actually feel good about himself again.

That’s the stuff before-and-after pictures don’t always show.

You need a plan that accounts for your real life.

Before a client begins coaching, I want to understand:

His goals.
His working week.
His family responsibilities.
His current fitness.
His food preferences.
His training experience.
What he has already tried.
And what normally causes him to fall off.

Because a plan isn’t personalised just because somebody puts your name at the top.

It has to be realistic for your circumstances and adaptable when those circumstances change.

That is Phase One of my coaching methodology:

Understand the man before prescribing the plan.

You don’t get handed somebody else’s programme. You get a starting plan built around your body, your goals, and the life you’re already living.
