High protein pancakes that are easy to make, filling, and perfect for staying on track.
Ingredients:
Blend:
3 eggs
120g fat free cottage cheese
Dry mix:
80g plain flour
30g vanilla protein powder
15g 0kcal sweetener
1 tsp baking powder
Method:
Blend the eggs and cottage cheese until smooth.
Pour into a bowl with the dry ingredients and mix well.
Cook on a medium heat pan until golden on both sides.
Makes 6 pancakes.
Per pancake:
112 kcal
10.8g protein
11.7g carbs
2.5g fat
