Nestled amongst the beautiful landscaped gardens of Al Barari, Body Language health and fitness club has a state-of-the-art gym, steam rooms and studio. Between its picturesque surroundings and its fully-equipped gym lies a stunning swimming pool and two sunken tennis courts. The studio hosts a wide range of classes including Yoga, Zumba, Pilates, X-Fit, Boot Camp, Soul Spin, Combat, and Body Pump

. The health club also offers children's activities such as a Kid's Club and Mini Movements classes. Our Fresh Start juice bar has a delicious and nutritious range of beverages including fresh juices, detox juices, smoothies, and shakes as well as healthy bites such as energy bars, low-fat yoghurt, and fresh fruit salad bowls. Body Language is the perfect place to train, relax, and unwind.
