Your goals need discipline, not approval.

In the next 3–6 months, focus on losing body fat, building muscle, and staying consistent. But real challenge shows up in social settings when friends offer alcohol or unhealthy food.

Saying “NO” is not disrespecting them, it’s respecting your goal. If people truly care about you, they will respect your choices too.

Why Blindly Following Health Advice Can Ruin Your Health

I once thought losing weight was all that mattered.

I dropped 10–12 kg, but I also lost a lot of muscle because I only focused on cardio.

Learn from my mistake:
Don’t chase a lower number on the scale. Chase fat loss while preserving muscle.

Strength train. Eat enough protein. Stay consistent.

Stop comparing your journey to others. Focus on your own path, your own pace, your own progress.

Like a horse running straight toward its goal don’t look sideways. That’s where speed is lost and doubt begins.

People often assume a lot just by my name 😄
So here’s a quick introduction.

I’m from Mangalore 🇮🇳
I speak Konkani (my mother tongue), Hindi, English, Kannada, and can understand a few more languages like Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Arabic.

I love connecting with people in different languages and cultures and I also create content in English, Hindi, and Konkani.

To all my new mentees don’t hesitate to ask questions.
I’m here to guide you, support you, and stay connected throughout your journey. 💪

Let’s grow together.

Most people focus on diet and workouts but forget the most important part tracking progress.

If you’re trying to lose fat, you’re carrying extra weight, and you’ve already started training and eating better, then the real question is: how do you know it’s working?

Without data, you’re just guessing.

Take photos every few weeks, track your body weight 2–3 times a week, and look at the weekly average. It doesn’t have to be perfect or complicated just consistent.

Because in every field, whether it’s business, finance, or fitness, decisions are made based on data. Performance is tracked. Progress is measured.

Your body transformation is no different. If you’re not measuring it, you don’t really know if you’re moving in the right direction.
