What to expect?…
Block F focuses on four key movements across the two loaded days:
* Tuesday: Dumbbell RDLs and Bulgarian Split Squats 🦵🏽
* Thursday: Bent-Over Rows and Bridge Pullovers 💪🏽
These exercises appear every week throughout the block on purpose. Repeating the same movements with help you to move beyond simply learning them and start to improve your technique and strength.
While the core movements stay the same, the way they are programmed changes each week through different formats, challenges, and workloads. This keeps training fresh and progressive! 📈
Wednesday’s Pilates Strength sessions have been programmed as a direct contrast to Tuesday’s quad-dominant work.
Tuesday kills the front of the legs through Bulgarian split squats and quad burners, whilst Wednesday shifts to the lateral lunge, donkey kick and glute bridge, loading the
glutes, inner thighs, adductors and hip flexors.
That contrast keeps lower body development balanced across the week 🤝
