City Football Club (CFC) is an Elite High Performance football club and academy whose mission is to deliver first-class market leading pro football club programming for aspiring and gifted football players aged 4 to 18, with a distinct emphasis on educational and scholastic development of all players and coaches at PFC-Dubai, in order that players and coaches can achieve -- educationally and profe

ssionally -- to whatever level they aspire as individuals and teammates. For players, the objective will be to help them achieve the highest level possibly attainable given their footballing ability, while emphasizing the importance of scholastic education in their development as a footballer, student, and leader in the community. We will seek out and recruit only top quality individuals which possess footballing excellence, equal to that which is attained in the classroom. Whether it be pathways to university footballing via scholarships in the USA, or to pro club programs in the USA, Europe or Asia, we aim to develop exceptionally well-rounded and respected footballers as well as scholars. For coaches, we expect CFC to be another very important step in their coaching career, further expecting that CFC will become globally renowned as an important developer and pipeline participant regarding coaching talent that can move on from CFC to bigger and better coaching opportunities globally. We are committed to coaching development in terms of licensing (UEFA A, B, Pro ) and also pre- and post-graduate university education provision that will open up a myriad of management and coaching opportunities for coaches coming through the CFC system. Working together, players and coaches produced by CFC will create significant opportunities for all involved, and will result in superior first-class and high performance programming that will be the model for player and coach development in frontier and emerging markets. Dubai, and the broader UAE is the ideal place to introduce and grow an innovative program like CFC, and as such, we are actively recruiting first-class and experienced coaching talent that can help build, deliver and benefit from the CFC experience.
