Post 9 months after delivery. I'm at 54 kgs close to my ideal weight or rather pre pregnancy weight of 52 kgs.
This was taken today after an intense ZUU session which I strongly believe has been key in getting me back to shape. ZUU is HIIT training using freeweights and bodyweight.
To get back to shape, it is imperative one follows a healthy diet and not go low on calories especially if you are breastfeeding.
Try hitting the gym atleast 4 times a week and time your carbs accordingly post workout.
Being pregnant and going through the process is supposed to be an amazing journey and I see alot of people worrying about their body weight, fitness goals and stretch marks.
I'd say if you are really worried then stick to consistency. Being pregnant should not hinder your workout or healthy diet routine (Unless advised by a doctor).
There's no other way around it.
Also a bit of a tip for mothers who are worried about stretch marks, work on your core, have a diet rich in collagen and use coconut and olive oil since the beginning and stay away from OTC products.
Hope this helps!
