300 Hrs Yoga Teacher Training — Building the Foundation*

Yoga is much more than learning āsanas. To teach Yoga with clarity and authenticity, one must first understand its foundations — the principles, practices, and vision that form the essence of the tradition.

Our Yoga Teacher Training Course is designed to establish a strong and comprehensive foundation in Yoga, helping participants understand the practice beyond its physical form.

Through systematic learning and dedicated practice, participants explore *Āsana, Prāṇāyāma, meditation, yogic philosophy,* and other essential aspects of Yoga.

The emphasis is not simply on learning how to teach, but on developing a deeper understanding of what Yoga is, why we practise, and how the teachings can be transmitted responsibly and meaningfully.

Haṭha Vidyã’s Bur Dubai Centre hosted an AUM workshop on Saturday, 29th August 2026. The workshop illuminated the significance and benefits of AUM chanting. Igniting the enthusiasm of yoga practitioners, Acharya Bala directly guided them through the step-by-step process of AUM chanting.

Participants engaged in peaceful practice, detaching from the outer world. Deeply breathing and focusing on the vibrations produced in the body while chanting, participants experienced complete immersion. It was a profoundly insightful and transformative workshop.

Fine-Tuning of PRANAVA Sādhana

The chanting of AUM (Pranava) is a profound yogic practice. Yet its depth lies not merely in repetition, but in understanding and applying the right pronunciation, resonance and method of practice.

Acharya Bala will be conducting a special session dedicated to fine-tuning Pranava Sādhana, helping practitioners recognise subtle errors and refine the way AUM is pronounced and practised.

This session is especially valuable if you wish to:

* Refine and correct your pronunciation of AUM
* Understand the subtleties behind proper chanting
* Identify and correct mistakes that may have entered your practice
