Larry Schultz of “It’s Yoga, San Francisco” created the 'Rocket Routines', a series of postures based on a modification of the traditional Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga primary and intermediate series as pioneered by Sri Pattabhi Jois. es while promoting a spirit of change and freedom in the practice. The ROCKET system is considered to be the original power yoga. It consists of 142 postures and the sequence is designed to develop strength and openness, and freedom on and off the mat with the focus on linking movement to the breath to create a dynamic Vinyasa flow.
