This is how we are doing tough 3years of training , starting from very very beginning and here we are 1st 🥇 place between all swimmers in his age group .
I remember first steps when we float with noodles and so many tears for willing to quit swimming classes and now first achievements !!!

Only hard work and consistency giving a best result 💪🏽

I believe you already saw my student James ,
doing some sprints at the end of the training after 800m ,well 35sec for 20-25 m length in his 5 years that's definately great result .
That's what we achieved just for a 5 month .

That's how we doing 😅🤣, funny one video when I'm speaking mix languages with a Loiter,
4years old French kid who doesn't speak English, but its doesn't matter if we are focused to push limits and work hard .🏊‍♂️👍
