How many beats can you save your heart by doing cardio training?

Start by measuring your RHR (Resting Heart Rate). Do it as soon as you wake up.

Let us say you work in an office and do not do much exercise. Your RHR is probably around 70 beats per minute, if normal weight...

Just received and tested the new Indoorwalking 3. Very smooth, strong and appealing to the eye. It is to the elliptical machines what the Mini-cooper is to cars. Small, sturdy, great lines.

It has all the features of the Indoorwalking Premium 2 adding automatic chain adjustment.

What makes you passionate about your workout?

Passion is the reason you wake up in the morning, and just the thought of it can keep you up late with excitement.

In my case, I just love what I do because it makes me happy to see others realize their physical potential through the work I do, because I know that they are getting healthier and stronger, and above all I enjoy the expressions of "I did it!!" at the end of every tough class.
